Upon successful completion of this unit the learner will be able to:
- Understand the development of management and organisational behaviour
- Understand the main approaches to managing individuals involved in the procurement and supply function
- Understand the main approaches to managing work groups or teams involved in the procurement and supply function
- Be able to develop a plan for the main aspects of human resource management for the procurement and supply function
This unit is examination based and comprises of an unseen case of around 500 words and four questions each worth 25 marks, each testing a different learning outcome. Questions should be answered within the context of the case.
