Course Brief

Office administration is the function of applied skills as it relates to day-to-day activities within an organization, such as financial planning, record keeping and billing, the use and implementation of communication tools, and management support services. This course benefits Managers, Executive Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Clerks, Secretaries, General Support Staff, and anyone responsible for or interested in learning the fundamentals of coordinating and managing an office.


Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:

  3. Explain the purpose of different types of business documents
